The Prix Pictet is a global prize for
photography. A shortlist of 8 photographers are selected from over
700 entries for work on a different environmental theme each year.
Prix Pictet 2021
Theme: Fire. Inspired by the Roman Theatre at Arles.
Prix Pictet 2020
Theme: Hope. Inspired by the recently completed piazza and entrance
to the V&A where the presentation took place.
Prix Pictet 2017
Theme: Space. Trophy based on the old facade of the V&A where Kofi
Annan presented it to Richard Mosse. Silver and red gold plate.

Theme: Dissorder. Trophy based on Pallais de Tokyo where Kofi Annan
presented it to Valerie Belin. Silver
Prix Pictet 2014
Theme: Construction. Trophy based on the grand entrance to the V&A
where Kofi Annan presented it to Michael Schmidt.
Prix Pictet 2011
Theme: Growth. The trophy inspired by the construction of the Shard.

Prix Pictet 2009
Theme: Earth. Made in Silver with terracotta.trophy based on the
antique theatre in Arles. Presented by Kofi Annan to Nadav Kandar.
Prix Pictet 2008
Theme: Water. Trophy based on Pallais de Tokyo where Kofi Annan
presented the trophy to ....... Silver on enamel base.
